(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA. – The project is expected to include phased renovations to school to convert the complex into a STEM–focused signature school campus. – The Project is also expected to include an addition to the existing building to include new classroom space.– Services shall include pre–construction, construction, and post–construction phases.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
