Vendor needs to provide professional recruiting services for presidential search to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.– The development of a recommended approach for recruiting, screening, and evaluating candidates (search methodology). – Assuming primary responsibility for actively reaching out and soliciting individuals with superior qualifications to encourage their inclusion in the pool of prospects.– This includes contacting potentially qualified candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including those with experiences outside academia.– Maintain all applications, resumes, and related materials in a manner consistent with and federal law requirements and designed to preserve the confidentiality of all prospects for the position.– Assisting in the review and summary of all applications.– Provide a list of references for candidates identified as semi–finalists.– Initiating a wide–ranging advertising and outreach strategy.
