LEGAL-17501 - USA (San Diego, California) - Employment and Labor Law Legal Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employment and labor law legal services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– providing advice, assistance, and representation on legal issues that may affect or may potentially affect the authority.– Represent and assist the general counsel in litigation or administrative proceedings arising out of employment or labor related matters.– Represent and assist the general counsel in the union bargaining process, including acting as spokesperson or negotiator during labor negotiations.– Provide requested legal services and legal advice regarding employment policies and practices.– Provide legal advice to authority on employment laws and regulations, workplace investigations, personnel actions, employee complaints, and other labor and employment–related issues as requested by the authority.– Advise the Authority regarding legal developments and best practices affecting employment and labor matters.– Participate in closed session meetings to provide legal advice and receive direction from the Authority on labor and employment matters.– Provide legal advice and training to authority employees, as requested by the general counsel, on issues related to labor and employment law.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
