(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based trads training platform.– Provider for a customizable, interactive, and robust Learning Management System (LMS) and workforce development platform designed to support Facilities Management occupations. – The system shall support the full lifecycle of employee development from onboarding through advanced technical certification and continuing education. – The platform shall provide training capabilities for, but not limited to, skilled trades, custodial services, landscaping and grounds, safety, leadership development, and project management.• The platform shall enable the development and management of structured career progression pathways from entry–level/helper positions through advanced and master–level technicians. • The platform shall deliver online, on–demand training content tailored to Facilities Management occupations. • The system shall support interactive training formats including 2D, 3D, VR, webinars, tutorials, and recorded lectures. • The platform shall provide simulation–based and hands–on learning experiences aligned to real–world troubleshooting scenarios. • The system shall provide assessment capabilities during onboarding, progression, and advanced qualification stages. • The platform shall support quizzes, exams, simulations, and knowledge retention assessments. • The system shall identify workforce skill gaps and recommend targeted training. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
