(1) Vendor needs to provide destination brand marketing services.  • Resident Sentiment       • Visitor Satisfaction• Average Daily Visitor Spending• Total Visitor Expenditures– To provide a comprehensive range of destination brand marketing services.– Strengthen brand awareness of the islands as a premier leisure travel destination, while showcasing the distinct identities. – Drive travel demand to the Islands by promoting multi–island itineraries and focusing marketing efforts toward shoulder periods to smooth seasonal fluctuations in arrivals across each island.– Develop and manage airline partnerships to monitor and optimize load factors, maintain and expand airlift capacity, and enhance multi–island utilization.– Target high–value mindful travelers while cultivating the next generation of travelers through targeted engagement.– Drive visitor spending into state–based businesses and organizations to support a healthy local economy.– Maintain the cultural integrity of the language, customs and practices, cultural and historic sites, and imagery in all brand marketing initiatives.– Engage local communities and stakeholders and pursue strategic partnerships to strengthen destination marketing capacity.– Leverage market insights and stay adaptable to changing trends and technology and continuously innovate to maximize return on investment.– Assist agency and designated partners in crisis communication for the visitor industry, safeguarding the destination’s brand image.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
