(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in New London, CT.• Routine janitorial cleaning• Restroom sanitation and disinfection• Locker room and shower cleaning, sanitation and disinfection; including weekly pressure washing• Kitchen cleaning• Carpet vacuuming and spot cleaning• Hard–floor cleaning and maintenance; including monthly machine scrubbing• Waste produced from Contractor’s cleaning should be disposed of in the loading dock garbage bins• Detail dust furniture, file cabinets, ledges, chair rails, accessible vents, and baseboards.• Clean lobby furniture etc.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 10,2026.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
