This work order driven effort consists of milling and resurfacing of five (5) local group subdivisions with the goal of improving the distressed roadway infrastructure in the Ridgecrest, Lealman and Highpoint communities. This solicitation is either fully or partially funded with federal funds from the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds made available under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Additional requirements per the grant are located in Appendix 4, Special Notices, Exhibit A.
