Pierce County (hereafter known as 'the County') is seeking proposals from entities interested in a land lease and rehabilitation and/or new construction of hangars at Tacoma Narrows Airport and/or Pierce County Airport -Thun Field. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for a land lease and hangar development at both Pierce County Airports. The goal is to increase the inventory of County-provided h angars, various business tenants, and hangar condominium associations.
