(1) Vendor needs to provide refuse collection services to the government authority located in Kansas City, KS. – Comprehensive refuse collection services to fulfill the requirements outlined in these specifications, covering solid waste, cardboard, mixed recycling, and special waste collection, together with container leasing, maintenance, temporary units, and related services.– Comprehensive written contract for trash, refuse and debris, and recycling removal including thelease of dumpsters, dumpster maintenance, and disposal services. – Provides oversight of solid waste management and recycling services.– Special waste (SPW): asbestos material collection and lawful disposal.– trash collection and disposal.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 15, 2026.
