(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic energy management services.– Provider to support large institutional and commercial property portfolios.– Engage with customers to establish data–driven energy optimization strategies.– Implement the firm’s existing statistical– and behavioral–focused energy management program which will include recruiting firms, conducting outreach events, negotiating agreements with clients, assessing facilities, conducting improvement trainings, events, documenting results, and producing quarterly and annual program summary reports.– Develop project proposals for the customer based on behavioral, training, equipment rebates, building management controls, power factor, or other improvements.– Create energy awareness programs for building occupants.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
