(1) Vendor needs to provide safe streets for all safety action plan and demonstration activities service to the government authority located in Madison, AL. – Provide professional services for the development of a safety action plan (SAP) and implementation of demonstration activities in accordance with the department of transportation’s safe streets and roads for all (ss4a) grant program.– SS4A grant management the consultant shall assist the county with grant management and administration necessary to maintain compliance with the SS4A grant agreement and applicable requirements.– Safety action plan the consultant shall prepare a draft SAP for county review and comment and a final SAP incorporating County feedback and meeting all applicable SS4A requirements.
