(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive janitorial services to the government authority located in McClellan Park, CA. – Cleaning sinks and counters, wipe down appliances, sanitize knobs and light switches, sanitize tables and countertops.– Clean windows, which will require the use of high reach angled attachments for vacuums, high reach flexible attachments for microfiber cloth duster kits.– Weekly services including sanitize knobs and light switches, dust surfaces, vacuum carpet, sweep and mop tile floors.– Clean windows, glass exterior doors, and lobby reception counters with appropriate cleaners for specialized surfaces.– Sweep and mop floors; dust surfaces, clean floor drain basins.– Empty trash and recyclables and remove to dumpsters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 17, 2026.
