(1) Vendor needs to provide juvenile justice prevention programs service to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– Provide implement or expand effective strategies for preventing and reducing juvenile justice system involvement while providing youth and their families with opportunities to achieve, grow, and thrive. – Fund effective program designs that utilize best practices in primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention.– Primary Prevention is a practice that focuses on long–term healthy development of youth, their families, and their communities by fostering protective measures before risky behavior occurs.– Secondary Prevention is a practice that focuses on identifying, addressing, and redirecting risky behaviors and strengthening protective measures in the home, community, and school settings before law violations occur.– Tertiary Prevention is a practice that focuses on interrupting the progression of delinquency after law violations occur. The goal of this practice is to reduce recurring incidents of system involvement.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
