(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Meriden, CT. • Project Administration services including:O ConsultationO ResearchO ConferencesO CommunicationsO Travel TimeO Progress ReportsO Direction of the work of in–house architectural personnel• Disciplines Coordination/Document CheckingO Coordination of the architect’s work and the work of engineering and other disciplines involved in the projectO Review and checking of documents prepared for the project by the architect and the architect’s consultants• Owner Supplied Data Coordination, including:O Review and coordination of data furnished for the project as a responsibility of the OwnerO Assistance in establishing criteriaO Assistance in obtaining data, including documentation of existing conditions• Pre–Design Services: Programming Services consisting of consultation to establish and document the following detailed requirements for the project:O Review of defined Educational SpecificationO Site Utilization PlanO Programming, development of defined educational spaceO Design objectives, limitations and criteriaO Development of initial approximate gross facility areas and space requirementsO Space relationsO Flexibility and expandability• Site Development Services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
