(1) Vendor needs to provide professional art consulting service. – Provide professional art consulting service for healthcare environment. – Support the planning, sourcing, curation, fabrication, and installation of artwork across various agency facilities.• Artwork types and applications:– Vinyl wall murals (nature scenes, graphics, wayfinding enhancement)– Frames and mounted artwork and marketing pieces– Acrylic–mounted reproduction• Vision and strategy:– Defining the concept–collaborate with agency representatives and architects and interior designer (where applicable) to establish the collection’s aesthetic theme and goals– Space analysis: Review floor plans, lighting design, traffic floor and wall dimensions to determine where artwork will have the highest impact.• Sourcing and curation:– Source artwork from local, national, or international talent, galleries and studios.– Commission management–Facilitate site–specific commission including artist briefs, reviewing proposals, and monitoring the artist’s progress.• Logistics and project management:– Develop and manage project schedules.– Coordinate stakeholders and approval.– Develop a timeline, scope and process for artist selection and fabrication/installation of artwork.• Engineering and compliance: Coordinate with structural engineers, electricians and general contractors for heavy sculptures, digital art installation or lighting needs.• Installation and documentation: – Installation supervision– Framing and fabrications– Placards and storytelling– Shipping and site coordination• Provide complete closeout documentation upon completion of each project phase including(2) The contract period will be for three years.
