(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Florida.– Provide design, permitting, and technical support during development services– Recommendations for relocating and expanding the septage receiving system, including preliminary demolition plans for existing structures and new facility layout.– Discussion outlining design criteria and parameters for each major component of the Project.– The discussion shall include applicable design standards and building codes, design loads, materials and equipment descriptions, existing site conditions, constructability, and preliminary structural layouts.– The sludge quality analysis and recommendations for specified sludge characteristics and design criteria of the dryer system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 28th 2026.
