(1) Vendor needs to provide federalism podcast production, management, distribution and promotion services.– Develop, produce, manage, and distribute a professionally produced audio and video public affairs podcast focused on constitutional federalism, intergovernmental governance, and state leadership– Podcast is intended to serve as a strategic institutional tool supporting broader efforts to strengthen constitutional federalism, improve intergovernmental understanding, and foster constructive interstate dialogue and collaboration among state leaders, scholars, practitioners, and policy experts.– Responsible for all aspects of podcast production and management, including concept development, branding, hosting, guest recruitment and scheduling, recording, editing, distribution, audience development, marketing, social media promotion, analytics, sponsorship development if approved, and related operational functions– Concept Development and Format– Production Responsibilities – Guest Development and Network–Building– Distribution and Publishing– Supplemental Content and Promotion– Marketing, Audience Growth, and Analytics(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
