The City of Rosenberg is seeking quotes to update the flooring in Fire Station #2. Areas include the recreation room, two offices, and eight dorm rooms. Selected contractor will remove all carpet/rubber wall base and install new LVP flooring with 4” cove base. Room furnishings will be removed/moved by firefighters allowing contractor crews access to areas being worked on. Location: Rosenberg Fire Station #2 5320 Reading Road Rosenberg, Texas, 77471. The City is looking to have the work completed ideally before the end of August 2025.
