(1) Vendor needs to provide development of city owned properties opportunity service to the government authority located in Lovington, NM.– Provide the greatest overall benefit to the community through housing, redevelopment, economic development, neighbourhood revitalization, or other compatible uses.– Promote quality development; increase housing opportunities; enhance property values; Improve neighbourhood appearance; generate economic activity; demonstrate financial Feasibility; and provide long–term community benefit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
