(1) Vendor needs to provide parking and curb space management services to the government authority located in Augusta, GA.• The area contains on–street parking; public parking lots and garages; hotels; mixed used commercial & residential developments; apartment complexes; retail & restaurants destinations; sports & other event venues; specialized events & public parades.• On–street parking provides a significant supply of public parking spaces along downtown streets.• Many on–street spaces are regulated by posted signage limiting parking to two–hour durations or reserving spaces for accessible (ADA–compliant) parking.• Primary corridor and provides approximately 620 on–street public parking spaces.• Together, these facilities provide approximately 1,400 parking spaces, further supporting downtown parking demand.• Provider shall evaluate, identify, and recommend innovative technologies and operational strategies that enhance parking and curb management, including solutions that deliver location–based, real–time parking availability information and convenient, user–friendly payment options.• Collect and Analyze Data (such as occupancy survey, hourly utilization, seasonal demand, business activity, pedestrian activity, delivery activity).• Evaluate Parking Technology Assessment & Opportunities (such as Mobile payment system, digital permitting, dynamic pricing, wayfinding, parking guidance system, parking data dashboard)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
