The University currently manages a portfolio of more than 250 real estate leases and agreements, including leases for ground, office, retail, and other specialty-use properties, and is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the procurement and implementation of a lease management and accounting solution that provides robust reporting capabilities and ensures a high degree of reporting accuracy, including the ability to generate accurate, timely, and customizable reports to support financial planning, compliance, and strategic portfolio decision-making.
