14 cable drops as per attached drawings. All quantities are approximate. Bids should include any patch cords, licenses, brackets, support or any other items deemed necessary to complete the upgrade. All questions and bids concerning this 470 should be directed to the person listed as general contact and should be made ONLY via email. Installation should be quoted as a separate line item/option. Bidders are responsible for checking for any addenda uploaded for this Form 470. All bids should clearly delineate any non-E-Rate eligible items. Generic bids that are not specific to this application will not be considered. . Bids should be in PDF, Word, or Excel. Bids that are obtained by following a link will not be considered. Failure to follow instructions may result in disqualification of the bid. Bids that reference master contracts are preferred to ensure that all purchasing laws/requirements are met. SPI billing is preferred.
