(1) Vendor needs to provide economic modeling study service o the government authority located in Durango, CO. • Prepare a detailed economic modeling study examining how its local markets have changed over the past decade and how they may change through 2037. • The study will combine historical analysis with a minimum ten–year forecast and clear, decision–ready recommendations.• Provide the research, analysis, economic modeling, stakeholder coordination, and reporting necessary to address the following work areas.• Employment trends and industry analysis.• Economic trends, including trends reflected in City tax revenues.• Annual revenue sources and income patterns.• External and local economic drivers.• Housing growth and needs, including rental demand, affordability, and price concerns.• Changes in tourism and their potential economic and fiscal effects.• Identification of additional studies, data collection, or monitoring that may be needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 28, 2026.
