(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, implementation, migration and hosting service using WordPress content management system. – Provide redesign, rebuild, and migrate its public website and to develop an employee–facing intranet or internal content solution.– Provide the strategy, research, user–experience design, content planning, development, migration, implementation, training, and ongoing support necessary to redesign the college's public website and create an integrated employee–facing intranet.– Design should integrate seamlessly with current platform, WordPress, unless the vendor clearly identifies. – Website should utilize an easy–to–use Content Management System (CMS) that allows authorized nontechnical college staff to create, edit, review, approve, publish, archive, and manage web content with appropriate permissions.– Website should be designed as a user–centered digital experience that reflects and helps visitors feel seen, supported, and equipped.– Website should feature a consistent, flexible design system with modular page templates, reusable content blocks, clear calls to action, and accessible components can sustain after launch.– Website should incorporate current web design and user–experience best practices and be designed to support the needs of diverse audiences.– Provide audience–specific navigation, content, user pathways, and calls to action without requiring users to understand internal structure.– Website should utilize responsive, adaptive, and mobile–first design to provide a consistent and high–quality experience across devices, screen sizes, browsers, and network conditions.– Website should serve as a strategic marketing, recruitment, student–support, workforce–engagement, and reputation–building tool that supports enrollment and highlights institutional strengths.– Website should be optimized for fast loading speeds, strong web vitals, and reliable performance across devices and network conditions.– Website should support advanced search capabilities, including filtering, extended search features, program and service discovery, and user–friendly results that reduce dead ends.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
