CONS-24032 - USA (Ohio) - Landscape Architecture Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape architecture services to the government authority located in Ohio. – This Toolkit is intended to serve as a guide for municipal staff, planners, landscape architects, and community partners responsible for planning and managing properties acquired through the Blue Buffers program.– This Toolkit provides a framework for those parties to evaluate vacant land, select appropriate landscape strategies, and develop site–specific concepts that improve flood resilience while responding to local priorities.– The Landscape Architect will review and provide feedback on community meeting agendas, attend community meetings, and support facilitation.– The Landscape Architect will attend an initial meeting with the municipality, Enterprise, and RHC before design work begins.– The Landscape Architect will develop broad design concepts that explore potential end uses for each site, including use types, general layout, design features, and scale.– These conceptual designs will translate municipal and community goals into a clear design vision and help the municipality procure landscape architecture, civil engineering, and other services needed to implement and complete the full project in the future.(2) The contract period will be for two year.
