(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation bill review official publication services.– Include: medical bill review, preferred provider organizations (PPOs), medical provider networks (MPNs), pharmacy management (PBM), durable medical equipment (DME), Utilization Review (UR).– Include percentage of savings, all charges including bill reduction fees, PPO fees, UR Advisor Fees, mail room fees, bill pay fees and any and all other fees.– Total Fees for bill processing.– Percentage of Savings per line item.– Administrative Services Provided– Local Preference.– Ability to integrate with county’s TPA (EMC) Claims System.– Ability to act as mail room and bill pay.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
