Professional Auditing Services

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, is seeking a professional public accounting firm to perform annual audits on all financial statements, for the fiscal years ending December 2024, 2025, and 2026. There will also be an option, at the City's discretion, to extend the contract to include an audit of two (2) additional fiscal years (2027 & 2028). All audits must be performed in accordance with the generally accepted auditing standards set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts for financial audits in the General Accounting Office's (GAO) Government Auditing Standards (2024), the provisions of the federal Single Audit Act of 1984, the provision of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, Audits of State, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations and the provisions of the Municipal Authorities Act of 1945.
