Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile breathing system to the government authority located in Texas.– The System will be used to resupply breathing air bottles for firefighters during complex emergencies– Compressor: Must be high–pressure breathing air compressor capable of delivering at least 6000 PSI to fill SCBA cylinders.– Air Quality: System must provide air quality that meets or exceeds the NFPA 1989 standard for breathing air quality.– Capacity: Must have a minimum flow rate of 13 SCFM (Standard Cubic Feet per Minute)– Power Source: Must include an engine–driven or electric motor option, suitable for both stationary and mobile use.– Maintenance and Service: Easy access for maintenance with recommended service intervals and parts readily available.– Training and Support: Provide on–site training for operators and maintenance personnel, along with comprehensive user manuals.– Safety Features: Include automatic shut–off, pressure relief valves, and emergency stop mechanisms.– Warranty: Minimum one–year warranty on parts and labor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19th, 2026.
