Vendor needs to provide pier and overwater repair and maintenance services to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA. – Provide pier/overwater repair services as needed by the agency.• General repair and maintenance tasks:– Permitting and notification to agencies, as applicable– Containment BMPs, site security, signage, and traffic control as applicable– Remove and replace damaged decking panels.– Repair or replace fasteners, clips, and corroded connection hardware.– Conduct localized repair of damaged or deteriorated pier/structure components where asbestos–containing tar, mesh, or coatings may be present.
