CLEANING-14367 - USA (Michigan) - Janitorial Management Services - Deadline November 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial management services to the government authority located in Michigan.– Equipment, materials, and supplies including all material safety data sheets.– Lifts, scaffolding and other mechanisms necessary for required janitorial service, preparation and cleaning of all general surfaces and types.– Carpet cleaning machines, cleaning carts, hand trucks, mopping tanks, floor scrubbers, water hoses, polishing machines, vacuum cleaners.– Appropriately sized trash barrels.– Brooms, ladders, dust pans, pails, scrapers.– Polishing materials, such as waxers, sealers, applicators.– Putty knives, window poles, bottles and triggers, drum pump, channels, clips, pad holders and handles.– Toilet tissue, feminine napkins, paper towels and hand soap.– Any other equipment, materials and supplies generally used in the industry for providing janitorial services.– At times bathroom fixtures such as toilet paper holders, sanitary napkin receptacles, hand towel dispensers and toilet seat cover dispensers will need to be replaced.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal virtual conference will be held on November 9, 2026.
