(1) Vendor needs to provide license plate reader (LPR) services two camera system with speed trailer to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Automatic License Plate Reader (LPR) two (2) Camera Systems as standalone units, including all required software licensing.– Automatic License Plate Reader (LPR) two (2) Camera Systems integrated with Speed Trailers, including all required software licensing– Utilize self–illuminating infrared (IR) technology, or equivalent, to provide effective license plate image capture under varying weather and lighting conditions– Be water–resistant and designed with minimal moving parts to reduce the risk of damage or failure– Automatically capture and accurately read various license plate types, including California dealer–issued temporary paper plates– Utilize a dual–lens configuration within a single camera housing, consisting of an IR lens for license plate capture and a color overview lens for capturing an image of the vehicle for verification purposes.– Both lenses shall be capable of capturing up to sixty (60) frames per second (FPS).– Include a radar–equipped Speed Sign capable of detecting and displaying vehicle speeds– Be capable of operating on a Windows–based mobile computer– Not require Java or Java derivatives for operation– Provide real–time alerting and allow authorized users to create and manage custom hotlists– shall provide a secure, web–based system with database encryption that provides authorized users with real–time access to uploaded LPR data.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
