ASM-2603 - USA (Vallejo, California) - Long Range Property Management Plan Update Services - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide long range property management plan update services to the government authority located in Vallejo, CA.– Define the vision, analyze and estimate costs for proposed landlord improvements, and evaluate sale versus leasing strategies, including potential sale prices or lease rates for recommended uses. Additionally, detail any entitlement requirements and key steps necessary to achieve the vision;– Prepare a draft report identifying “catalyst sites” and recommending economic development or governmental uses. The report should outline implementation strategies, including zoning adjustments, creative financing, public–private partnerships, and phased disposition, evaluating both short and long–term opportunities.– Review the catalyst sites report draft with city leadership (city manager, assistant city managers, city attorney’s office, planning & development services director, public works director, or their designees; can be virtual);– Finalize report including a description and vision for each site, including actionable recommendations for achieving the vision; including key property details such as use restrictions, size, condition, etc.– Estimates of the financial feasibility of developing the catalyst sites as recommended shall be provided as approximations, with explanation.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
