(1) Vendor needs to provide health benefits plan consultant service to the government authority located in Batavia, NY.                           • Market Liaison – Monitor out of network provider discount negotiations and actively participate in those negotiations, as necessary. • Plan Analysis and Audit– Review claims experience, utilization patterns, trends and overall administration of programs to include medical, prescription, dental and vision audit processes and system capabilities of third–party providers. • Client Management: – Provide case management review in claims adjudication. • Data Management (including medical, dental, vision and prescription lines of coverage) manipulation and reporting • Plan Redesign• Regulations(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
