Description
The Town of Mammoth Lakes will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the work shown on the plans entitled: Town Civic Center until 2:00PM on Thursday, May 30, 2024. This project includes site development and construction of a new Town Civic Center building. The work includes full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The work shall be completed within the time set forth in the Contract. The engineer's estimate for the project is $23,000,000. Forms, plans and Contract Documents for this work are available electronically on the Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids . Questions or Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted ONLY via the project posting on the Town’s Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids .
