(1) Vendor needs to provide infant screening database services. • Provide a modern, scalable, and standards–aligned newborn screening surveillance and follow–up Customer Relationship Management and Information System that supports surveillance and follow up activities of the agency’s infant screening follow up programs, including: Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI), Newborn Metabolic (bloodspot) screening, Birth Defects reporting (BDRIS), Critical Congenital Heart Defects (CCHD) screening and follow up of infants and children impacted by other public health priorities. • System will be a flexible, cloud–based solution capable of supporting the full lifecycle of all newborn screening.• System will be built on a modular architecture that supports independent services, rapid updates, and elastic scaling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
