Project Management and Construction Inspection Services

The City of Chesapeake is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Project Management and Construction Inspection Services for construction projects on an as-needed basis. The contractor shall oversee publicly funded construction projects to include a wide spectrum of construction consulting to ensure that the City receives full advantage of funded projects. Consulting shall also include the provision of advice, peer review and guidance as required for each project.
