(1) Vendor needs to provide buildings demolition services to the government authority located in Troy, NY.– Capable of performing the demolition of four (4) structures throughout the City, including the removal and disposal of demolition debris and other auxiliary items on the site parcel, and associated site restoration to establish grass and restore adjacent properties directly affected by the demolition.– Provide a proposed schedule of building demolition, material removal, and site restoration.– Site restoration to generally consist of returning sites to level or consistent grades, clearing construction debris throughout parcel, and seeding and establishing grass.– Removal and disposal of perimeter fencing.– Removal and disposal of auxiliary items on–site including vehicle, boat, kayaks, trailer, storage unit, logs, and other miscellaneous material.– Clearing and grubbing overgrowth along frontage of property.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
