(1) Vendor needs to provide parking garage management services to the government authority located in Quincy, MA.– Provide management services for the operation and maintenance of the Facilities, collection and processing of the associated parking revenue, audit control and financial reporting, general Facility oversight, scheduling preventative maintenance servicing for building systems, and insuring that the parking access and revenue control equipment is functioning properly.– Parking Operator shall supervise and conduct revenue collection and control for parking operations in accordance with the policies and procedures of the City.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
