Vendor needs to provide broadcom mainframe software.– Shall furnish software maintenance, a subscription to updates, fixes and patches to the proprietary software code under the Broadcom Mainframe Consumption Licensing (MCL) model. Licensing shall be based on the total MSUs consumed hourly, rather than machine capacity.– All Broadcom software maintenance shall include subscription to updates, fixes, and patches to proprietary software code as well as on–line and telephone resolution support.– Requires the ability to roll–in Broadcom software maintenance purchased outside of the agreement during the term of the contract.– Ability to roll–in additional maintenance from software that becomes proprietary to Broadcom via corporate acquisition.
