(1) Vendor needs to provide muralist services.• The selected artist in residence will use their medium in painting murals to help patrons explore creativity, personal expression and community.• The artist will create and share their process with the community through the passive programming of weekly studio hours, public painting sessions at selected locations and three local high school workshops from January through June 2027.• Complete eight community murals, one in each branch of the system.• Collaborate with local arts educators to create a unit study around murals, provide classroom visit and host classes on field trips to engage with artist on site at their local branch.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
