(1) Vendor needs to provide vegetation management software as a service.– Software and Services to predict vegetation growth on the electric system and trim locations for the City's annual trim cycles, with a Dashboard for record–keeping and the ability to dispatch contractors to trim locations as needed.– System will support organizational hierarchies, service territories, operational zones or circuits, vegetation management cycles, inspection and work order workflows, user roles and permissions, notification rules, approval processes, and reporting templates.– System maintains asset information, including trees, vegetation zones, easements, rights–of–way, utility poles, transmission lines, distribution circuits, customer requests.– System integrates with the city's geographic information systems (Arch reader/GIS).– Online and offline capabilities, synchronization processes, GPS functionality, photograph capture, note taking, navigation features, work assignment management, and submission of completed work from the field.– Solution supports work management throughout the vegetation management lifecycle.– AI–assisted vegetation risk assessment.– LiDAR analysis.– Public–facing vegetation work map.– Customer notification portal.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18,2026.
