(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Smithfield, NC. – Provide the janitorial services for the office.– Service Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 5:00 PM ET.– Empty all trashcans.– Replace trashcan liners.– Deposit all trash and boxes into outside dumpster.– Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces.– Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs.– Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns.– Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions.– Damp wipe and polish all chrome surfaces.– Clean and shine all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding.(2) Mandatory site visit will be held on August 04, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 05, 2026.
