(1) Vendor needs to provide medical record database extraction solution. – Provide user interface that interacts with a back–end SQL database where client and configuration data are stored and referenced across approximately 780 tables, most of which are used for data lookup or drive functionality of the user interface containing very few data fields and rows of data.– Provide extract each client’s data from the SQL database tables assembling them into a complete, logically structured report and export, save or print that report to a PDF using the client’s unique Client ID as a filename to yield a set of approximately 20,000 PDFs.– Client medical records are needed primarily for retention purposes and are only infrequently accessed.– Export a comma–separated value (CSV) client index using select data fields from the master client table such as Client ID, First Name, Last Name, Birth Date and possibly a few other key fields useful in searching for and identifying a client.– Import the index and the associated PDF documents into upland’s file bound document management solution which the county uses to house its digital records.– Import and attach any documents that may have been linked to and referenced within the client record as exhibits.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
