(1) Vendor needs to provide zero emission vehicle transition plan services to the government authority located in CO.– Task 1 – Fleet assessment:– Conduct a full inventory and analysis of the current fleet (vehicle type, fuel type, age, usage patterns, routes, maintenance cost, etc.).– Identify vehicles suitable for immediate and phased transition.– Recommend appropriate zero emission vehicles technologies based on vehicle class and usage.– Recommend zero emission vehicles appropriate for both winter climate and mountainous terrain.– Task 3 – Facilities assessment and infrastructure planning:– Assess existing fuelling or charging infrastructure.– Evaluate entity location and suitable areas for infrastructure development.– Develop a charging infrastructure deployment plan.– Implementation roadmap:– Develop a phased transition plan.– Include timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators.– Address procurement strategy and vendor engagement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
