DRA-11298 - USA (Pearland, Texas) - Staffing Utilization Study Service - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing utilization study service to the government authority located in Pearland, TX. • Assist in strategic planning and policy development for future initiatives.• Evaluate firehouse locations for optimal response.• Review and redraw response districts and boundaries.• Assess workload and determine optimal unit time allocation.• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of apparatus and staffing patterns.• Measure service delivery performance to include recommended KPIs.• Conduct critical task analysis for Fire and EMS Operations and administrative functions.• Conduct a concentration study to determine resources needed and located in relationship to community risks.• Develop performance measures and service level objectives.• Review current demands and effectiveness for administrative staff to include chief officers, training, logistics, community risk reduction, administrative support, data, and HR functions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
