Dry Cleaning Services

The City of Lakeland Police Department (LPD) and Lakeland Fire Department (LFD) issuing this request for Proposal to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide laundry and drycleaning services. The city seeks a vendor that will provide a high level of garment care, detailed invoices, and customer service that will adhere to the professional standards that both agencies are known for. This RFP shall result in a 5-year contract. Initial contract valid through September 30, 2027, with an option for four (4) one (1) year renewals upon mutual consent. Vendor shall notify the City of any price increase in writing sixty (60) days of contract renewal, to determine whether to continue or terminate contract and go out for bid again. VENDOR MUST HAVE LOCATIONS WITHIN THE LAKELAND ELECTRIC SERVICE TERRITORY
