(1) Vendor needs to provide furnish and deliver uniform shorts supply to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• 1. Brand, Model:– Hurley (H), RVCA (VA), Volcom, or approved substitute.– The item supplied shall be made of a fabric that is durable,– water repellant, and quick drying. Shorts shall be “4–way– stretch” consisting of the industry standard of polyester and elastane materials, or approved substitute.– Draw cord and/or cinch–fly closure.– Men’s size: 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 38, 40.– Both Red and Black, or approved substitute.– Shorts shall have one (1) pocket on right side of– short leg with Velcro or zipper closure.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
