(1) Vendor needs to provide water loss audit and non–revenue water evaluation service to the government authority located in Canton, OH. – A comprehensive agency Water Loss Audit with Data Validation and provide recommendations for managing non–revenue water based on industry best practices. – The anticipated professional services for this project will include project management, investigation, analytical study, evaluation, project coordination, evaluation of historical data, and other services as necessary for development of a system–wide water loss audit utilizing industry best practices and agency free water audit software.– The services should be performed by firms regularly engaged in water loss control tracking and mitigation programs.– To provide a comprehensive set of resources and skill sets to complete a successful project.• Planning and Data Collection • Review and Analysis• Final Report and Recommendations(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
