Vendor needs to provide human services coordinated transportation plan assistance service to the government authority located in Oregon. – Coordinated Plans are intended to focus regional resources on strategies with the greatest benefit to the target population and to encourage coordination between Transit Service Providers.– The Coordinated Plan must be coordinated and consistent with related transportation, human services, local jurisdictions and other related plans.– The Coordinated Plan must identify the target populations’ transportation needs, provide strategies to meet those needs, and prioritize transportation services, projects, investments, or other strategies.– Recipients will use the Coordinated Plan to allocate funding, and along with local partners will use the plan to develop and enhance transit services.
