The City of Tucson is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide a turnkey instant notification system for implementation in schools that will minimize the amount of time spent responding to an active shooter event or other emergency where multiple notifications must go out at or near the same time. This includes district, campus, emergency personnel, and law enforcement response. The City intends to enter into a contract with a firm to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS)/cloud-based solution at an annual rate for monthly service, to include: installation of all hardware, software, software upgrades, support, maintenance, training, and technical support.
